Each year, the Lieutenant Governor sends thousands of greetings to Ontarians celebrating birthdays of 90 years or older and couples’ anniversaries of 50 years or more.

Greeting Request FormSubmissions are accepted up to six months in advance. To ensure that you receive your message in time for your celebration, please allow a minimum of three weeks for delivery. Your greeting will be mailed approximately four weeks prior to the birthday or celebration date, whichever is earlier. If the birthday or anniversary has already taken place, the message may be backdated up to six months.
